During April 2013, the service was available for 99.95% of service hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

• On Monday 8th April between 15:06 . 15:10, Thursday 18th April between 10:12 - 10:22 and Friday 26th April 2013 between 11:59 - 12:07 we experienced downtime due to database connection issues. Remedial action was performed to return the service to normal functionality
